The retail side of Shande TCM includes herbal teas, supplements and selected wellness products. The range may change according to availability, supplier and seasonal demand.
Guidance before purchase
Tell the clinic about medicines, allergies, pregnancy and significant health conditions before using a new product. A product intended to support general wellbeing should not be presented as a substitute for diagnosis or necessary medical treatment.
Wholesale and distribution
Shande TCM also undertakes wholesale and distribution activities. Business enquiries can be made by telephone or email. Product classification, labelling, import, wholesale and advertising requirements should be confirmed for each category before supply.
Responsible claims
Health supplements should be described in terms of permitted support or maintenance claims, not as products that diagnose, prevent or treat diseases. Chinese proprietary medicines and other regulated products may have additional requirements.
