You may provide contact details and health-related information when communicating directly with the clinic. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through public or unsecured channels.
Website data
Basic server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type and requested pages for security and operation. The site is designed without unnecessary advertising trackers.
Health Tools and browser storage
Health Tools and trackers may save the information you enter in your browser’s local storage so it remains available on that device. The entries are not submitted to Shande TCM or stored in a Shande account or database. You can remove them by using the tool’s Clear button or by clearing browser/site data. Printing, saving as PDF or exporting CSV is handled by your device and browser.
